ABOUT THE CLUB
The Malabar Challengers Football Club is owned and operated by Malabar Sports and Recreations Foundation(MSRF). It is a company registered under Section (8) of the Company’s Act, 2013. It was founded by a group of retired civil servants along with their friends with the intention of promoting football without any profit motive. By virtue of the provisions of Section (8) of the Company’s Act, MSRF is prohibited from declaring dividends and profits if any, will have to be reinvested for further development of football. Our vision is to create a world-class football training academy in Kozhikode and also form a truly professional senior football team which will participate in the National football league.
Malabar Challengers Football Club dreams of an Indian participation in U20 etc. Simultaneously, we also would like a few of the players trained by Malabar Challengers Football Club in the Indian team playing in the World Cups mentioned above
Create an ideal ecosystem for the development of football in India to produce world-class professional footballers.
Rejuvenate the great football tradition of Calicut/Malabar/Kerala/India.
Convert passion for football into a fanbase for our club.
Ensure Indian participation in the U20 FIFA World Cup in 2031.
The Indian flag to flutter and the Indian national anthem to reverberate in the World Cup Stadium in 2031 by ensuring Indian participation in the final rounds of the U20 FIFA World Cup
Participate in the National League as a professional team within 4-5 years.
Establish a world-class grassroots-level academy with the help of the AJ Academy.
Develop the best coaching practices suitable for Indian conditions.
Instill discipline in trainees and groom them to be responsible citizens first and excellent football professionals next.
Focus on local talent to foster a sense of ownership among fans.
Provide opportunities for young boys and girls to lead productive lives by channeling their creative energy and wean them away from destructive habits.
Emphasize formal education through regular schools and colleges.
Focus on proper nutritional intake and physical development.
Encourage responsible parental involvement in the progress of their wards.

The MSRF (Malabar Sports & Recreation Foundation) has also concluded an agreement with Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan to use the school playground belonging to them at Perumthuruthi, Kozhikode.
